Vice President, Business Operations & Legal Counsel
Keith Agena has responsibility for legal matters at Collateral Analytics, and his experience covers real estate transactions, lease negotiations and business acquisitions. Prior to joining Collateral Analytics, Keith was a partner with Bendet Fidell Sugimura, Attorneys at Law, where his practice focused on the areas of corporate law and real estate transactions. Keith holds a B.A. from the University of Hawaii, and a J.D. degree from Willamette University, College of Law. Keith is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association.
Vice President, Business Development
Darlene Swain is responsible for business development and helping deliver real estate analytics and data solutions to a wide array of clients. She is a 16-year industry veteran, with experience as both an appraisal operations and compliance executive and proven consultative sales leader with expertise in the areas of collateral valuations, underwriting and risk. Previously, she held senior positions at SouthTrust Bank, TransUnion and DataQuick. Darlene is an alumna of Fairmont University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Vice President, Business Strategy
John is responsible for identifying business and consumer insights and transforming them into actionable products and strategies, with special emphasis on automated appraisals.
Prior to working for Collateral Analytics, John spent four years at Fannie Mae where he served as Director of Collateral Technology and Strategy managing a team responsible for appraisal innovation and risk analytics. Prior to Fannie Mae, John was VP Valuation Strategy for a division of Lender Processing Services (now Black Knight). John is passionate about building innovative valuation tools and improving processes, leaning heavily on his previous experience as a certified real estate appraiser and certified USPAP instructor. John is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Michael Sklarz, Ph.D.
EVP, Managing Director
Dr. Michael (Mike) Sklarz is responsible for overall management of Black Knight Collateral Analytics’ offerings. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in real estate research, analysis and real estate technology product development in the United States. Previously, Mike was Head of Analytics at Fidelity National Financial and Chief Valuation Officer for Fidelity National Information Solutions. Mike was also the Director of Research at Prudential Locations, Inc., where he helped pioneer the development of new analytic tools and databases to track and forecast the U.S. real estate market. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering mathematics from Columbia University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in ocean engineering from the University of Hawaii.
Vice President, Information Technology
Jonah Ungacta has responsibility for managing Collateral Analytics’ technology infrastructure planning and deployment. He has been developing software for over 18 years, with a primary focus on real estate technologies. Prior to joining Collateral Analytics, he architected and led the development effort for several real estate valuation and analytics products at Fidelity National Information Systems. At New City Technology, he led the development effort for building an AVM for the Japanese real estate market. Prior to that, he worked on machine translation systems and workplace giving solutions for non-profit organizations. Jonah holds a bachelor’s degree in information and computer science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Vice President, Product Development
Stefan Pampulov has responsibility for product development across Collateral Analytics, including defining product and digital strategy and user experience, as well as overseeing operations.
Before joining Collateral Analytics, Stefan was the Director of Research and Analytics at New City Technology where he worked on developing real estate solutions for the Japan market. Stefan has experience in real estate research, analysis and real estate technology product development in the United States and Japan.
Stefan earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
