The CA Interactive AVM (IAVM) is a powerful tool that allows the brokerage/agent to interact in real-time with MLS and public record data. It was designed to offer real estate agents the opportunity to take advantage of AVM technology, and enables them to apply specialized knowledge of the local market, subject property and surrounding neighborhood comparables.
IAVM allows the brokerage/agent to review and modify the subject property information as needed, and choose the specific comparables which are used in the AVM models.
